A client came to me recently and said, “I want a session to support me. I’m highly sensitive, but I want it to be able to show up in the world. I want to be able to step more into activism without burning out.”
It was beautiful that she had that intention and desire, and the work we did together was powerful. And then a download from spirit came through, telling me that so many more people would benefit from this kind of support right now.
There's a lot going on in the world that can feel super overwhelming, and we're all here trying to figure out how to navigate our way through it. So I wanted to address this and answer a few questions for those of you who might be struggling with this…
